Start with Grand Palace in the morning and later take a boat at Thachang pier (just walk 2 min. from Grand Palace to the Pier) goto Klong Lat Mayom, spend 2-3 hours in the canal include stop at interesting spot. (Better plan on weekend for see more a fews local market) and back to the Thachang pier again in the evening and then walk to a cafe' near Thatien Pier to watch the sunset behide Temple of dawn.
