Hi, I'm Ryota live in Tokyo. I think it is difficult to watch some 3D movies in Akihabara because there are no theater in Akihabara. However it is good place to buy gifts in Akihabara. You should go to Shibuya, Shinjuku, or someplace to watch some 3D movies then, you move to Akihabara.
