I am Thien, Saigonese in Ho Chi Minh. Cu Chi Tunnels is far from the city. If you plan to go there, you would have to spend half of day for Cu Chi tunnels trip.

Visiting to Cu Chi tunnel helps you know much about war period in the South of Vietnam. It is different from other museum where you just watch war remnants, war victims, war weapons,people in war....through photos or models. At Cu Chi tunnel, you can experience real feeling of war because you can visit to real tunnel to know how much difficulties did Vietnamese people have to suffer to fight and do daily activites in Vietnam war.
