Tokyo trekking tour

Summary:
Takao mountain range is easy to access from the center of Tokyo, but there is wonderful nature and landscape. You can see lovely Mt.Fuji when the weather is clear. Let's walk Mt.Jimba to Mt.Takao via Mt.Kagenobu. It takes about 6 hours. This trekking course is not difficult for beginners, but you must have physical strength cause we'll walk quite a long way.

Schedule:
Meet up at Takao station and get a bus to Mt.Jimba. We'll start trekking from Jimba mountain's trail. You can enjoy the panoramic view and see beautiful Mt.Fuji if the weather is fine at the top of Mt.Jimba. After having lunch, we'll walk toward the summit of Mt.Kagenobu via Myouou pass. Take a rest a little bit and continue to Mt.Takao. We'll pass Kobotoke-Shiroyama to the top of Takao mountain. You can see the view of Tokyo city and Mt.Fuji if the weather is nice. We'll go and worship at Yakuoin shrine at Mt.Takao. There are many tea stalls, so you can taste local products there. It's possible to take a cable car to get down if you like. the tour will be finished at Takaosanguchi station.
