Make Traditional Japanese Sweets Lesson with Green Tea!
Wagashi (traditional sweets) are traditional Japanese confections that are often served with tea, especially the types made of mochi, anko (azuki bean paste), and fruits. Wagashi are typically made from plant ingredients.
Nerikiri (literally, made by kneading) is a Japanese type of unbaked cake that is made by mixing and kneading its ingredients, which are white bean jam, gyuhi (a kind of rice cake made from refined rice flour or glutinous rice flour with sugar and starch syrup) and Chinese yam.
Lesson hour：1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours
Instructor: Professional cooking teacher (my friend) or me
In this activity you will:
1. Make Nerikiri (seasonal design, character design, etc) or other sweets
2. Eat them with green tea
3. Make local friends
Days: Anytime on Weekends/Night on Weekdays/Some Weekdays
Nearest station or Hotel pickup would be available if in central.

Nice to meet you. My name is Yamato, I am an organizer and tour guide of weekly nights out and other activities.
