Dinner at the most secretive Izakaya, so-called "Sacred place for Sake Lovers"
Have you ever heard of "Fukucho" "Fukunishiki" "Hiokizakura" "Nakajimaya" "Komeso" "Ryusei"? These are just few examples of the best Japanese sake brands produced by the local sake breweries from the country side of Japan. Even though you might be one of the Japanese food freaks who has Japanese sake on a regular basis, but you probably never have had an experience of being surrounded by more than 4000 bottles of the most rarest and the most finest sake collections. "Chinjyu no Mori" which is well known as the "sacred place for sake lovers" among the Japanese locals, is the place where you can taste the best and the real essence of Japanese Sake. This place offers sake paired with each Japanese local food so that you can enjoy the harmony and sprit created by the food and drink. Although this place is a members only place, the owner has agreed to open this place to non-Japanese people on a limited basis in order to expand the fan base of Japanese sake. Please come and join us to enjoy the real Japanese sake experience.
You will start from the "tasting course" which consists of 4 Japanese sake's each paired with Japanese food. After finishing the "tasting course" you can order your food from the alacarte menu and again each food can be paired with the best matched sake among the 4000 bottles collection. The entire dinner will take about 2-2.5 hours.

$50 is the price for the "tasting course". $10 will be be part of the cost of the "tasting menu".
