Take Narita Express to Tokyo station. And take metro (Marunouchi-line) from Tokyo station Ginza, then from Ginza(Hibiya-line) to Ningyocho station.
May be Keisei Skyliner around 40mins (¥2400) from Narita to Ueno sta. then take Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line 4-5 stations from Ueno to Ningyocho sta.(¥160) not more than 10mins.
