Anyone has any recommendation for hotel in Tokyo? cheap and easy to go around!

If you reserve your hotel in Tokyo, I recommend you to get Airport Express or Airport bus from NRT.
You can find it easily.
From the airport, it takes about 40-60 minutes by Airport Express.

I don't recommend to take a taxi.
Japanese Taxi is very expensive and the airport is very far from center of Tokyo.
