the last time i chech, the lavender garden is located at Xin Zhu not Taipei.

because you didn't give more information, it's hard to give you advise. if you want to see alot of flowers in Taipei, i suggest you can try "Taipei expo park "

Hi, Miaoli is another good choice:) There are many farm resteraunts/guesthouses at there.
