Hi. Can I know which is the best day and time to visit wufenpu and what are their clothes price range? Also, what time do the shops at ximending open?

the proper time to visit wufenpu is from 17:00 to 21:00.
you can also travel 饒河街夜市(night market)
the clothes for women is about NT150-390
pants is about NT690-1500
above range subject to its quality,the better the higher.
ximending normally open from 10:00-12:00,suggesting to visit in the afternoon
