Hello, you can sleep near Taipei main railway station. You can arrange 1 day to visit 淡水 and 故宮, and have hot spring in 北投. And another day, take train to 瑞芳, and transport a bus to 九份, then 金瓜石 in the morning. And in the afternoon, go to 基隆 by the bus, then trans a bus in 基隆火車站 to 野柳. 野柳 has bus back to Taipei main station.
