Anyone knows where i can get cheap and good quality TWDRAMAS & ALBUMS when i go taiwan during dec or nov this year? And what would the weather be like? Thanks(:

Well...i am sorry to say but we all download them online.
If you really want to buy them, you may check out bookstores or CD stores around taipei, or buy it via Yahoo auction.

As to the weather, it's winter, but in normal case, it will be around 10~15 degrees if you don't go to mountain or sea side
