Cancellation Policy
Each listing and booking on our site has the same cancellation policy.
- To receive full refund, the traveler must make cancellation a full 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- If the traveler cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, no refunds are available.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Meetrip within 24 hours of booking time.
- Meetrip will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- A reservation is not officially canceled until the traveler receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from Meetrip. If the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact Meetrip.
