Katsu is very patient he helped organise a locker to store my luggage when we first met. His communication is very efficient and his knowledge about saki along with the saki tasting place is a must. He even helped me and showed me how to get to my next destination. He is a kind and easy going person who will go out of his way for you. Highly recommend!!
