Hi, I'm interested in local Malaysian food, especially street food or local soft drink. Could anyone tell me some unique Malaysian street food? I will be even happier if anyone could share me recipes.

recipes? here is one..it's called fragrant rice ,and it's usually serve with roast/steam chicken.. Don't worry it easy to cook,
Prepare; 40g butter,2garlic cloves(minced/crushed),2cm piece fresh ginger(grated) ,3dried bay leaves,3cups chicken stock,& 2 cup rice(don't cook)
Cook; Melt butter in a large heavy-based saucepan.Add garlic&ginger.Stirring about 1mins or until fragrant. Add rice bay leaves & chicken stock. Bring to boil. Simmer ,uncovered for 10 mins or until liquid is absorbed. Set aside 10mins .Take out bay leaves .Fluff rice with fork. Lastly,enjoy ur meal
