Well you never know what is really good around the town, but things will be easier when you choose to stick with a night goer like me. I'll take you for dinner first from 7pm - maybe 1 hour could be enough - my list of places is various, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Western food? not a hard game!
Ben Thanh night market is a good choice, or even Saigon square hmm or other so so vietnamese night markets if you'd like to try - I'll be your personal buyer :) 1hr and a half or depends on your pocket.
Time for some live music - I have a good taste for bars and trust me! Light snack and some beer would be awesome!
Back to your hotel, change your clothes, jump onto your bed, try the bean cake I buy for you :)
