Absolutely there're have so many night bus from hcm to mui ne. you can check it on mailinhexpress.vn. I think you should find the night bus in the morning or afternoon, because it's easy to find a hotel than night

You're welcome. See you soon in VietNam. One more thing, MuiNe's a part of Phan Thiet city. If you wanna visit MuiNe, You should spend your time at Phan Thiet fisrt .you can hire a motobike to go to Mui Ne. It's about 1hour to go there. Phan Thiet 's my grandma's hometown. ^^
