Vung Tau Beach is good but the price is higher than Dam Sen Water park. I suggest you should try Dam Sen Water Park because price is suitable, easy to reach there and most of the people in Ho Chi Minh choose Dam Sen Water Park to be their relaxing place.
The weather in Ho Chi Minh is suitable for Dam Sen Park time.
