Visiting to Cu Chi tunnel helps you know much about war period in the South of Vietnam. It is different from other museum where you just watch war remnants, war victims, war weapons, people in war....through photos or models. At Cu Chi tunnel, you can experience real feeling of war because you can visit to real tunnel to know how much difficulties did Vietnamese people have to suffer to fight and do daily activites in Vietnam war.

With taking 2 buses (13 and then 79) from Ben Thanh station, you can arrive Cu Chi tunnel. It takes about 1,5 hours one way.

I recommend this place as a must-go place that you should visit in my country. As you know, it reveals you the life of VietNamese people during the war. Besides that, because Cu Chi Tunel is located on the countryside so you will see a lot of natural beautiful landscapes. I sure it will become one of your interesting experiences in VN :)

A must-go place for travelers to get to know more the history of Vietnam. You'll be amazed at the place where Vietnamese lived and fought in the war. You can also try the main food for soldiers at that time.

Come to see the way Vietnamese soldier fight. How can they triumph over the enemies who were superior in number, finance and weapons. They were a nightmare to enemies. The soldier lived and fighted under the underground system for years. You would just walk under the ground for a short distance if you don't want to spend days to finish the trip. Let's come and verify.

We visited this with Jessica yesterday. No one there! But guides. Went to war ruminants museum the day before so had a good understanding before we went. It was great and well worth the trip. We all went outside our comfort zone.
