Best tour guide, hands down. Dee spoke amazing English due to living in the states for some time. He is such a cool guy, fun loving and full of information. We sat down when we first met to talk about our day and decided he would show us some of his favorite places.
We visited a big flower market, two of his favorite temples- one of which had practically no tourists, and a big air conditioned market with lots of cool shops where we found the silk pants we were looking for.
To round the full day off, Dee took us to a 100 year old family run restaurant that was incredible.
We felt like we truly made a friend yesterday. Connecting with a local is truly the way to travel!
